Shipping Information

At Powerful Health, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. Below are our shipping policies and details to help you understand how we process and ship your orders.

1. Shipping Destinations

We proudly offer worldwide shipping, including the United States,(All 50 states, including Alaska & Hawaii)  and many other countries. 

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@powerfulheatlhusa.com to see if we can arrange shipping.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
  • If you place an order after 12 PM (PST), it will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

📦 U.S. Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (if available)

🌍 International Shipping:

  • Standard International Shipping: 10-20 business days (varies by destination)
  • Express International Shipping: 5-10 business days (where available)

Note: International delivery times may be affected by customs processing in your country.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.
  • Free shipping is available for U.S. orders over $180 .
  • International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are determined by your local government.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.
  • If you do not receive your tracking information, check your spam/junk folder or contact us at info@powerfulheatlhusa.com.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information first.
  • If the tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office.
  • Lost or stolen packages must be reported to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. While we are not responsible for lost packages, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
  • If you enter the wrong address, contact us immediately at info@powerfulheatlhusa.com. If the order has already shipped, we cannot change the address, and additional shipping fees may apply.

8. Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes imposed by their country.
  • We do not have control over these charges and recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
  • If an international order is returned due to unpaid customs fees, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs.

We use trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL for U.S. orders
  • DHL, FedEx, and local courier partners for international shipping
